At the How Many Bags to Check In? choose 0 Bags - Online Checkin/Priority Boarding
and remember to check in online before the flight.
Confirm Country of Residence for Insurance chose No Travel Insurance Required.
You still have to pay 3 Euro per passenger per sector to use a credit card. I can't see a way around that.
